USA Miku Hatsune #2: Everyday American Teenager

This entry was based on what I, an everyday girl in the U.S., usually wear. A lot of people get the wrong idea of what American girls usually wear through TV. But, realistically, I and other girls like to wear jeans and a nice T-shirt most of the time. So I decided to go for the everyday casual teenage girl look in America. The stars on her flare jeans are based on my favorite jeans to wear. We usually have all kinds of designs embedded on our jeans and stars would be one of those images. An average American girl would wear it because they find the stars to be pretty and appealing. Miku’s shoes are just your plan, average everyday tennis shoes. I thought the jeans and shoes would be the best balance together since you see the U.S. colors, but they are shown in a subtle way. This design was made to help keep Miku’s cute charm and feel while being different and I think that’s what everyone wants for this character. It is not perfect, but I believe it is the right look for USA Miku.
